Weekly or bi-weekly service. Service includes mowing all lawn areas, trimming edges, and edging all sidewalk/grass edges. String edging is performed on all natural edges to ensure grass stays where it belongs. All wood/rock mulch beds are maintained in their respective areas. Weeds are pulled.* All grass clippings are blown back. Clippings may be collected and hauled away in certain circumstances.

Clean-Up

Need fall leaves cleaned up? Have a pile of sticks to be hauled off? Need the pine needles cleaned up? Weeds overwhelming you? We'll clean it all up amd remove all debris from the property. We can apply pre and/or post emergent weed control applications on request.
Landscape Maintenance

Top-dress Wood/Rock Mulch
$55/man hour plus materials
Mulch looking a little glum? Rock beds a bit bare? We'll spruce up all rock and mulch beds by installing matching materials for that "just installed" look!
Bare Spot Lawn Care or Overseeding
$55/man hour plus materials
Have a bare spot (or several)? Have some "winter kill"? Lawn looking sparse? We'll take care of all those spots! We'll rake in premium top soil, and apply grass seed. We'll top it all off with a root growth stimulant to help the seeds germinate.
